Indian Shores beach access is just minutes away and the intracoastal water is just steps away (great for fishing, kayaking, etc).

The unit offers a 2-car tandem garage for parking, with additional outside parking available. Note that this is a second floor unit and there is no elevator in the complex. The condo complex also offers a private, heated swimming pool.
